This house has a lovely feel to it and even though it is close to all the main transport links, there is very little noise. There are large windows and patio doors which means there is a lot of natural light all year. It is incredibly cheap to run and easy to keep clean. The back garden gets sunshine all day, with the majority of sunshine on the patio in the morning. The open fire makes it snug in the winter.

Our house is a spacious family home with beautiful high ceilings and a light and airy feel. It has many period features including two original fireplaces and high skirting boards. In the winter it benefits from having a working real fire and a coal bunker in the garden to store the wood and coal. The back room is my favorite as it has beautiful stained glass panels, which are complemented by the bamboo flooring. It offers three double bedrooms and a good sized family bathroom, and being end of terrace it has the bonus of having side access, which is handy for bikes etc.
