One of the good points about Newlands Road is as you 'sweep' down it you can see all the houses are of similar ilk. You will only tend to find the residence and their visitors using the road, and I can imagine on a Sunday is the place where you and your neighbours can catch up on the weeks events whilst washing the car. This detached home is possibly one of the prettiest on the road, with the front garden blending perfectly with the railing and posts. Kept low maintenance by the current owner with a little bit of greenery thrown in for good measure. Over the years the house has been extended both over the garage to create a large bedroom with en suite, great for guests or teenagers alike.
